The rather eagerly awaited Samsung Wave, the first Samsung mobile phone to feature the new Bada operating system, will be released on the 1st June.
The new smartphone is available for pre-order at Vodafone and features the new Bada OS and TouchWiz interface which allows users to integrate their texting, social networking and instant messaging.
Samsung’s newest mobile phone also features a 3.3inch AMOLED touchscreen, 5 megapixel camera, 2GB of storage, GPS, 1GHz processor and Wi-Fi.
Vodafone are offering tariffs from £25 a month for 24 months, with 300 free minutes, unlimited texts and 500MB of mobile internet services a month. Handset is free!
For a shorter contract, you can get the Wave for £30 a month for 18 months.
In light of massive Android and iPhone sales we’re not sure how the Bada OS will fare in the big bad mobile world but watch this space and see if it’s up to scratch.
